Time selected will fall within a three hour window. We will do our best to accommodate your requested time. Rugs should be ready for pickup if utilizing our complimentary service. Rolled, folded (or cleared off for our drivers to roll up) and accessible. If sending pads in for cleaning, please roll them separately on any rugs larger than 8x10, to minimize roll weight. Parking should be readily accessible at your location. Include any details we may need in notes. (Gate code, apt #, etc..) Choose Concierge/White Glove if you would like us to take care of everything, including moving furniture. We can cater to any specific request for an additional fee.
