Refunds
We understand that no single CRM is perfect for every service business. Maybe there is that one feature for example that someone really needs which we don’t have. No problem! Within the first 30 days of the signup date just call our office 605-945-6132 or send an email to support@thecustomerfactor.com requesting a refund and a full refund will be issued within 24 to 48 hours.
Cancellations
There are no contracts locking anyone into their subscription, so you can cancel anytime. We try and pack in as many features as we can but maybe changes happen in your business or life which prompt a change. Just call 605-945-6132 or email support@thecustomerfactor.com and request cancellation.
Note that if a cancelation request is received after a payment was already processed then the account will be canceled prior to the NEXT billing date.
Example: 2 years go by and a life change requires cancellation. Payment was processed on sept 11. You cancel on sept 16. The Sept 11th payment is NOT refunded. Instead the billing period will go to Oct 10th and the account will be canceled Oct 10th. And no future payments will be processed.
