With the addition of a new area (“Add/View Attachments”) to the prospect and customer profile screens recently, we thought it might be a good idea to put together a short video showing you how you can easily navigate these profile screens.

Of course you can always just scroll up and down the screens looking for the area you need to work in, but we have “Jump To” links available that, when clicked, will take you to whichever area you need to go to. And then to get back to the top, simply click the “Back to the top” links provided to you. Very easy.
