Next Appointment on Invoices/Work Orders
We recently released a “next appointment” modification for invoices and work orders where you can now display the next appointment on any printed work order or invoice that you print from within http://www.thecustomerfactor.com.
Here is the option on the invoice format screen:
And pls look in the work order format window which is accessed from the daily calendar and you’ll see the “next appointment” option there also.
As far what displays for next appointment, it’ll be the date and job type. Like this:
It’s recommended that you check out the invoice format screen occasionally when you’re logged into your account (click “Format” under the “Invoices” tab) and also the work order format window (located on daily calendar) as we routinely add new display options based on user feedback.
