Accept/Decline
In The Customer Factor you can now set up different email addresses to receive the accept/decline emails when a customer or prospect accepts or declines an estimate.
It used to be that all accept/decline emails went to the main email address of the account. Not anymore. so you can take care of this on the estimate format screen here: http://www.thecustomerfactor.com/estimate_format.php
Scroll down to the accept/decline area and enter the desired email address(es) in the spaces provided.
