Thanks to user feedback, you can now search for any address that a customer may have, whether it’s their main address or a job location address. Of course many times they’re the same, but we do have quite a few members of http://www.thecustomerfactor.com who work with big commercial customers, property managers, or even homeowners with 2nd homes or maybe some rental property.

Prior to this modification, all address searches applied only to the main customer address. So let’s say you do a street name address search. We’ll assume we want to do a search for any customers who live on “Poplar Dr.” And let’s assume we don’t know how to spell “poplar”. 🙂 So I’ll just insert “pop”:

Here is what we get on the results screen:

You’ll notice this customer returned has a job location address that fits our search criteria, so that address is displayed along with the customer’s main address.
