Within http://www.thecustomerfactor.com there are now little phone icons to the right of any prospect and customer phone number which allows you to tap and dial. So if you’re at your computer, plug in a microphone/headset and simply click on any phone image. The number will be dialed right away. Or if you’re on your mobile phone, just tap the desired phone image(s).

When you click on any tap and dial phone image the first time, you’ll be asked to choose which application to launch. Here’s the window that will popup:

Select skype and click Ok. It’s recommended that you check the “remember” checkbox so that you don’t have to do this in the future. You’ll then be asked to login to your skype account:

Once logged in, you’ll stay logged in. If you don’t have a skype account, you’ll see a “create a new account” button at the right in above screenshot. The cost for a skype subscription where you can call to any phone in the U.S. or Canada is just 2.99 per month. Pretty cheap considering you can eliminate all dialing and just tap a button from now on.

So basically it’s as simply as clicking the tap and dial phone images wherever phone numbers might be in The Customer Factor anytime you want to call your prospects and customers. If you have any suggestions or feedback, please let us know.
