We’ve provided label printing in http://www.thecustomerfactor.com for awhile now, but we made some revisions so that you can now have “or current resident” display within the label if needed. This is required by the post office when doing any bulk mailing using a postal permit.

Here’s a screenshot of this option on a personalization screen:

So if you’re doing a bulk mailing and therefore need to check this option, go ahead and do so. Then click “print” and each label will print with “Or Current Resident” under the customer’s name.

For those of you who may not be aware of our label printing feature, you first need to search for who you want to print labels for. Then you can click “check all” to select all customers (or prospects….you can print labels for prospects too).

Next, if you scroll to the bottom of the screen you can click on a “Personalize it” button which will take you to a personalization screen as shown in above screenshot.
