Question:  How can I create estimates from the IOS app?

Answer: It’s no problem building estimates within the iOS app. Here’s how to do it:

Click on the “+” image at top right. You will be given 4 choices to select from, so go ahead and select “Estimate” and then select whether it’s residential or commercial.

–In the next screen you can search at the top of the screen if you feel the person is in your account already. If not, simply type in their information like name, address, phones, email address, etc. Then click the blue “next” button at the bottom.

–This will take you to the next screen where you can set a date and time if it’s going to be an actual appt. If not, simply leave the date/time set to their defaults.

–At bottom of window is an “add job” button. Click that and a window will open where you can add a single job. When you’ve added that info (including price if any), then click “ok”. If you need to add a second item, then click “add job” again and add a 2nd item, etc. etc.

–When you’re finished adding all the items that make up your estimate then click the “estimate” button at bottom right. That will take you to the estimate screen.

–From there you can then email it or print it by clicking on the email or print button at the bottom of the screen.

The next iOS version about to be released will have esignature capabilities where the prospective customer can sign the estimate.
